Is this a new application?

No, this is the same BluJay Commerce MTX as before, but it has been enhanced with increased security and displays a new login screen.

I am an existing BluJay Commerce MTX user, can I access the application now?

Yes, you can log onto BluJay Commerce MTX using your existing user account and password.

What user account should I use to access BluJay Commerce MTX?

You can use your generic supplier user account, for example A123, if the account is still active.

Alternatively, you can use your new named user account, which is based upon your unique email address. If Very has set up a named user account, you should have received an email with the steps needed to activate your new user account.

What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

If your user account is a named user account, i.e. your username is an email address, click on the FORGOT PASSWORD button displayed on the login screen. An email will be sent to your email address with a link to reset your password.

If your user account is a generic supplier account, then the password cannot be reset. You must contact Very to request a named user account, which will then be based upon your email address.

I have been trying to access BluJay Commerce MTX application, but I am redirected to a login failure screen. What should I do?

If you have made 5 consecutive failed login attempts, your user account will be disabled.

If your user account is a named user account, you will receive an email from BluJay Commerce MTX, informing you that the user account has been disabled. You must contact Very to re-enable your user account. When your account has been re-enabled, you will receive an email containing a link to set a new password for your user account.

If your account is a generic supplier account, the user account cannot be re-enabled. Contact Very to request a named user account.

Why do I see the "Multiple Sessions" screen after logging onto BluJay Commerce MTX?

The Multiple Sessions screen is displayed when:

a) you have previously not logged out of BluJay Commerce MTX
b) or someone is accessing BluJay Commerce MTX with the same user credentials.

To log out of BluJay Commerce MTX, hover your mouse pointer over your user name displayed in the top right of the screen and click on the "Logout" link listed in the menu.

BluJay Commerce MTX permits only one active user session per user account.

Why do I see the "Multiple Sessions" screen while I am doing some activity in BluJay Commerce MTX?

If someone else logs onto BluJay Commerce MTX with the same user credentials as you then the Multiple Sessions message will be displayed.

BluJay Commerce MTX now permits only one active user session per user account.

What does "Continue" and "Close" mean in the "Multiple Sessions" screen?

If you choose to click "Continue", then your session will continue to be active and the other session using the same credentials will be logged out.

If you choose to click "Close", then you will be logged out of BluJay Commerce MTX and the other user session will continue to access the application.


How can I change the password for my user account?

Hover your mouse pointer over your user name displayed in the top right of the screen and click on the "Change Password" link listed in the menu.

Where can I see the password rules when setting my new account password?

In the "Change Password" pop-up window or the "Password Reset" screen, hover your mouse pointer over the New Password text box. The rules appear to the right of the New Password text box.

I did not receive an email after clicking on the "Forgot Password" link. What should I do?

If you do not received your "Password Reset" email after clicking the "Forgot Password" button, wait at least 5 minutes before clicking on the "Forgot Password" button again. When the "Forgot Password" button is clicked more than once, the previous password reset requests are invalidated.

If you receive more than one password reset e-mail, always click on the link that is present in the latest email.

I have more than 5 failed login attempts, can I request a password reset?

Your account will be disabled after 5 consecutive failed login attempts. You will not be able to request a password reset for a disabled account. You must contact Very to re-enable your user account.

I do not have an named user account. What is the procedure for getting a new named user account based on my email address?

You can email service.desk@theverygroup.com (Support hours:  Monday - Thursday: 8:30 am - 4:45 pm
  Friday 8.30am to 4.15pm ) to request a new user account creation.

I gave an incorrect email address for my new named account. How do I edit my named user account?

You must contact Very and provide the correct email address. The incorrect email address will be disabled and the new email address will be used to create your named user account.

Can I use a single named user account to maintain information in BluJay Commerce MTX on behalf of multiple suppliers?

A named user account must be unique within BluJay Commerce MTX and is associated to a supplier. This means that you cannot use the same email address for multiple named user accounts associated to different suppliers.

If you maintain information on behalf of multiple suppliers, then your I.T. department must create separate email addresses or email aliases on your mail server, and use the addresses/aliases with new named user accounts for each supplier set up within BluJay Commerce MTX.
